A Danish company has come up with a simple yet effective alternative to the pneumatic actuators used to operate sanitary valves in the brewing, dairy and pharmaceutical industries. The product is named HYDRACT and it will not only reduce energy cost and CO2 emissions by more than 70 per cent but it can also increase the valve’s reliability and functionality, revolutionising the production process
