Helga Nowotny appointed as new ERC President
The European Research Council has appointed a new President after Fotis Kafatos, the first President of the council, stepped down from the post at the beginning of 2010. The role has now been appointed to former vice-president Helga Nowotny, who takes up the position as of March 1st 2010.
