The International Forum on Health Promotion will enable researchers, practitioners and policy makers to create a Forum where health promotion research findings can be shared, discussed and developed in order to improve health promotion practice.
Four parallel sessions will be arranged: Positive Occupational Health, Health Promotion among the Ill, Global Health, and life Course Health Promotion. One of the days will be dedicated to Health Promotion in Action and Developing Best Practice towards a Salutogenic Society.
This International Health Promotion Research Forum will be a joint event with the 5th International Research Seminar on Salutogenesis. The Conference will be hosted by the Research Centre of Health Promotion and Resources HiST/NTNU, together with HUNT Research Centre and the IUHPE Global Working Group on Salutogenesis. The venue will be at Sør-Trøndelag University College, which is situated close to the St. Olav Hospital and the Nidelven river of/ Trondheim.
